What if I exceeded my absenteeism limit?
If your absenteeism limit is exceeded, you fail your course and will
be required to retake this course the following semester.
How can I find out about my absent hours?
You are required to keep track of your own absenteeism. Your
instructors, however, may announce unattended hours in or around mid
semester.
Will I be entitled to a make up exam if I fail to take an exam?
Medical
reports, if submitted in due course, may be accepted as an excuse for absenteeism
for those who miss exams because of health reasons.
What if I have clashing courses?
In case of clashing hours between two or more courses that result in
absenteeism, both your instructor and the administration at the
Department of Foreign Languages
require a letter issued by the head of the respective department to
certify this matter at the earliest convenience.
